I have successfully helped individuals, teens, familIes and partners for over 25 years. I will get you on track so you can experience positivity in your life. My sessions will teach you Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, understanding the source of negative feelings and actions and give you tools you need to overcome them. I provide experiential sessions including writing assignments, process and gut work to help you move forward in a positive direction.
My focus is on the present moment, rather then reliving the past. My intention is to help you create the life you want by understanding where you are today. I don’t believe in wasting your time, so I won’t. During our first session together, I will ask you defining questions that will help me identify your challenges and determine the best, most effective way to evoke a positive outcome.
